Every Quiet Studio item is custom made. We aim to process & dispatch all orders within 7-14 days. Occasionally this may take longer in busy periods, but we do also have times where we can dispatch your order sooner. Shipping time is on top of processing time and varies country to country. Please note that we do no accept refunds or order cancellations. We can however allow exchanges if you have chosen the incorrect size or design doesn’t suit you. You have 14 days after receiving your package, to exchange and return the item.

Your goods will go through a thorough inspection and be securely secured prior to being shipped. Every day, we send thousands of packages to customers across many countries. Note: Orders with more than one item will be assigned a separate processing time for each item.
Before shipping the items, our staff will carry out an exhaustive inspection of the items you purchased. The majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. Delivery is expected to take between 3 and seven days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It's not entirely managed by us, as we're involved with several organizations, such as the factory and the storage. This means that the actual stock could fluctuate at any moment. Please understand it may happen that your order may be out of stock once the order is placed.
The policy is for 30 days. If you don't receive your product within the 30 days period, we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange.
For your item to be considered eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the same state as you received it. The item should be in its original packaging.
