As every Sonata Rapalyte item is handmade for your specific order, our processing time is a little longer. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 10 days. Occasionally this may take longer in busy periods, but we do also have times where we can dispatch your orders to you sooner. Shipping time is on top of processing time and varies country to country. Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It's not entirely managed by us, as we're involved with several organizations, such as the factory and the storage. This means that the actual stock could fluctuate at any moment. Please understand it may happen that your order may be out of stock once the order is placed.
The policy is for 30 days. If you don't receive your product within the 30 days period, we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange.
For your item to be considered eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the same state as you received it. The item should be in its original packaging.
